    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a CSA Project Manager 1 to support large-scale advanced manufacturing construction projects, including semiconductor and industrial facilities. This role will assist in managing civil, structural, and architectural scopes, coordinating subcontractors, tracking schedules, and supporting field execution aligned with high-tech industrial standards. Candidates should have foundational experience in CSA construction and be comfortable working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments. This is an on-site role based in Arizona; candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently local. Relocation assistance is available. This role can pay between 90K-130K based on YOE ,Education and relevant work experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

     

    5+ years of total experience with 3-5 years of experience in large industrial, healthcare, Large high-rise or cleanroom construction projects.

    CSA as a primary project background

    Basic proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project).

     

    Strong organizational and communication skills. Cleanroom / Hospital Project Experience
