Job Description

This analyst will play a key role in supporting multiple initiatives across pricing, inventory, and reporting automation. The primary focus will be on reducing manual processes and implementing scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include scripting in Python, writing SQL queries, and developing Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. A major component of the role involves identifying and resolving SAP pricing discrepancies, automating incident detection, and transitioning seasonal Excel-based reports into Snowflake. The analyst will also explore opportunities to enhance reporting with AI capabilities. While this is not a development role, the analyst will be expected to research issues, automate workflows, and contribute to process improvement across the team. Skills and Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience writing Python scripts to automate manual workflows and detect data discrepancies (comfortable with scripting and libraries like pandas)

• Experience writing SQL queries for data joins, reconciliation, and performance optimization

• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, with a focus on usability and business impact

• Strong communication and team integration skills

• Self-starter; no micromanagement required

• Willingness to learn AI tools

• Comfortable working across multiple initiatives

• Open to contract-to-hire and relocating to Nashville (2x/week onsite upon conversion) • Familiarity with SAP (pricing/inventory modules)

• Experience with Snowflake

• Exposure to retail or localization-focused analytics

• Development experience
