Insigh Global is looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager based in Hawthorne, CA for a leading satellite internet provider is transforming global connectivity through a low-latency broadband network that reaches underserved communities, businesses, and governments. As part of the Product Growth team, this role focuses on expanding consumer adoption across the U.S. and Canada through strategic partnerships, bundled offerings, and innovative go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in business development and strategic partnerships within consumer tech, telecom, or subscription-based services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building new business models, and can translate ideas into scalable revenue-generating initiatives.
Role Summary
- As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll lead efforts to grow the consumer footprint by identifying and executing commercial opportunities with adjacent industries, digital platforms, and affiliate channels. You’ll be responsible for structuring deals, launching joint initiatives, and influencing product strategy through market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand consumer reach through partnerships, bundled services, and new distribution models
- Identify and manage emerging acquisition channels such as affiliate programs, membership groups, utilities, and content platforms
- Lead deal structuring and negotiations, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability goals
- Launch joint go-to-market initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue
- Apply regional market knowledge to craft commercial agreements that resonate with target demographics
- Represent the company in external meetings, including executive-level discussions with potential partners
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers and partners to inform product, pricing, and market strategies
- Report progress and insights to leadership, offering recommendations for future growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, engineering, and finance teams to build commercially viable offerings
- Build business cases for bundled solutions (e.g., hardware, content, services), including pilot programs and customer value analysis
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within consumer tech, telecom, utilities, or subscription services
- 5+ years of experience negotiating commercial agreements and leading revenue-focused initiatives
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
