Job Description
The Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers the expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
**What You'll Do** :
+ Support the Program Controls functions on aerospace programs within the Execution Area organization. Tasks are performed under the general direction of Engineers and functional managers, plus mentoring of senior Program Controls staff.
+ Generate and present financial reporting packages across several program portfolios.
+ Support baseline development and maintenance, performance management and estimate at complete development and analysis.
+ Implement, monitor, report and analyze program budget and/or schedule.
+ Support earned value system including maintenance, reporting and analysis.
+ Organize cost and/or schedule data for monthly/quarterly program reviews.
+ Prepare and monitor funding plans and labor forecast plans.
+ Compile and analyze Sales Forecast data and cost estimating data.
+ Prepare ETC/EAC estimates from program staff input.
+ Generate cost proposals in accordance with company processes, policies, and government regulations.
+ Participates in presentations and group discussions at internal and external financial/schedule meetings.
+ Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
+ Perform other duties as necessary.
**On-Site Work Environment** : This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site three or more days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
**Working Conditions** :
+ Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Bachelor's degree plus 2 or more years of related experience.
+ Each higher-level degree, i.e. Master s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
+ Requires strong knowledge and proven experience in utilizing business principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
+ Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
+ Must be able to work in a team setting, coordinating group initiatives in order to bring a project to completion.
+ Must have a positive attitude and be willing to take initiative.
+ Solid MS Excel skills, along with other MS Office Products.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
