    Job Description

    One of Insight Global's aerospace clients is looking for System Administrator to join our Space Systems Verification and Test team in El Segundo, CA. In this position, you’ll contribute to a team responsible for the hardening, deployment, automation, setup, and readiness of Special Test Equipment in factory and launch environments.

    The System Administrator Functions supports a 24/7 hour Test operation. This position is 4th shift meaning, various shifts, nights, weekends, and alternate shifts may be required to support program objectives.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Provides Factory Floor support to multiple Programs; defining & documenting Test setups, Deploying Test Software & Configurations, Troubleshooting, communicating/coordinating program requests, and supporting requests from the team to improve effectiveness, efficiency, productivity

    • Develops, implements, and sustains tools that enable product security requirements

    • Utilizes agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track product security statement of work

    • Develops and enhances system requirements and architectures for product security to meet all applicable certification and customer requirements

    • Configures and ensures security of facilities, equipment, tools, data, networks, and resources used for product: design, development, build, test, storage, delivery, operations, and support

    • This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

     

    Pay rate is $50-55/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

    •3-5 years of System Administrator experience with 2/3 of the following operating systems: Linux, Redhat Linux, Windows, Cisco IOS

    • Top Secret (SSBI would be preferred)

    • Security + Certification • Bachelor Degree

    • Cloud (currently on prem, but will eventually move to hybrid cloud)

    • VMware virtualization

    • Enterprise storage

    • ITIL 4 Certification

    • Cybersecurity experience
