Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the executive leadership of a high-end residential construction firm in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with grace, and has a strong understanding of the construction or real estate development industry.
You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing executive schedules, coordinating communications, assisting with project-related documentation, and ensuring the team stays organized and on track.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare and organize project files, bid documents, contracts, and permits
• Draft, review, and proofread internal and client-facing correspondence
• Assist with vendor and subcontractor coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain contact lists, client files, and construction-related records
• Support job costing, invoice processing, and expense tracking
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executives and project staff
• Act as a liaison between executives, clients, subcontractors, and city officials
• Handle confidential information with discretion
Compensation: $70-80k
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
• • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant (experience in construction or real estate preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, terminology, and document handling
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with a high level of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
