    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for one of our top financial services clients. This candidate will be joining an established Financial Technology group within the Risk and Finance Technology space. In the role, this individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing, documenting, tracking and process improvement of proprietary applications. The ideal candidate will be someone who has excellent audit and MRA/MRIA experience and ideally comes from a Bank of America background. This individual must have excellent communication and presentation skills, as they will be working with technology executives on a regular basis.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    7-10 years (MINIMUM) of experience as a Business Analyst

     

    Direct experience in audits and/or MRA/MRIA (IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THIS WITH BANK OF AMERICA WHETHER DIRECTLY OR 3RD PARTY)

     

    Great understanding of software development/architecture and technology in general

    Experience within technology environment

    Proven ability to communicate efficiently and professionally with stakeholders and executive leadership. Previous Bank of America experience

     

    Technology background

     

    Any certifications
