    Job Description

    Translate business needs into technical requirements for Collibra

     

    Administer Collibra Protect and support the IDEAS program

     

    Coordinate feature rollouts, bug fixes, and platform improvements

     

    Manage product backlog, roadmap, and Agile team priorities

     

    Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of data governance solutions

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst

     

    3+ years in enterprise software development or administration

    Strong experience with:

    Collibra platform (especially Collibra Protect)

     

    Requirements gathering and translation

     

    Workflow and process analysis

     

    Agile methodologies and product ownership

    Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with:

    Business process automation

    Data governance tools (e.g., Informatica Data Quality)

     

    LucidChart/Visio for process design

     

    Database technologies

     

    Writing epics and user stories

     

    Healthcare industry knowledge

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or related field
