    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate dozer equipment to move earth, rock, and other materials efficiently and safely

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks

    + Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth and safe operations

    + Follow site plans and directions to meet production goals

    + Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations

    + Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively

    + Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard identification

    + Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment

    + Willingness to work in varying outdoor conditions

    + Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and continuous improvement

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
