**Pay:** $17.00 – $21.50/hour (based on experience + shift differential)

Direct Hire – Full-Time with Benefits

Current Openings:

+ **A Shift:** 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

+ **B Shift:** 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

+ **C Shift:** 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs)

What You’ll Do:

+ Assemble and test electrical and mechanical components

+ Follow blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment

+ Perform visual and tool-based inspections to ensure quality

+ Help your team meet production goals in a clean, organized setting

What You Bring:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 1–2 years of assembly, mechanical, or manufacturing experience preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to follow written instructions and safety standards

+ Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

+ You’ve worked with blueprints, wiring, or small parts or a quick learner

+ You live within commuting distance to Clyde, NY or have reliable transportation
