Job Description:

This position is 40 hours per week, 7:00pm-3:30am weekdays. Candidates must be available to work every other weekend and 4-5 holidays per year.

Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in the performance of all duties related to inpatient admission, bed management and decedent affairs. Acts as a resource/preceptor for staff by providing guidance and support to ensure an efficient, customer-focused process.

Salary Range:

$20.30-26.87 an hour

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._

Qualifications:

**Education:** High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience. Associate’s degree preferred.

**Experience:** Admissions Specialist 1, Admission Specialist II, bed board experience or equivalent

**License/Certification Required:** N/A

**Skills:** Medical terminology, computer knowledge, data entry experience, excellent communication, customer service and critical thinking skills
