The** **I** **mpact** **Y** **ou** **W** **ill** **H** **ave** **:
In the Learning Partner role, you will drive learning theory innovation and thought leadership by defining and developing strategies for learning effectiveness and business impact for QTS. The Learning Partner has an exceptionally developed learning point of view, clearly articulated in a variety of creative and compelling learning situations from classroom to online training, to game-based and mobile learning applications, and to virtual reality simulations. This individual is an expert in Instructional Systems Design, front-end analysis, and assessment strategies and will be our “go-to” person for all learning content creation and deployment.
What** **Y** **ou** **W** **ill** **D** **o:
+ Develop and implement comprehensive and engaging learning strategies that align with company and organizational goals and translate into engaging learning programs and activities.
+ Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders to identify learning needs and create tailored learning programs that leverage workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions.
+ Research and evaluate learning technology, concepts and techniques to determine relevant application, staying abreast of changes in instructional design and adult education trends.
+ Creatively apply knowledge of adult learning theories, user-centric design, and business and organizational acumen to develop innovative and engaging programs.
+ Produce learning and training materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, animation and multimedia to support and assess learning effectiveness in all roles at QTS.
+ Provide consulting, and/or project management of assigned projects on strategic and key initiatives, with other project assignments as needed.
+ Proactively partner with stakeholders to identify critical knowledge and skills, and possible gaps associated, that are required to support the organization.
+ Take time to be a continual learner yourself, develop knowledge about the areas you are assigned to support, and seek professional development to support your continued growth.
What** **Y** **ou** **W** **ill** **N** **eed to be** **S** **uccessful** **(basic qualifications)** **:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in instructional. design, and/or learning and development.
+ 3-5+ years’ curriculum design and development experience.
+ Experience with Articulate 360 design suite.
+ Experience with video and sound creation and editing.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy.
Other Key Skills:
+ Advanced experience with Camtasia.
+ Experience with LMS – Workday Learning is a PLUS.
+ Experience with training delivery, training coordination and/or talent development experience.
+ Ability to solve problems with a data mindset, while assessing needs and recommending solutions.
