    Job Duties

    As our **Sr. FP&A Business Manager** , you will develop and coordinate budgeting, forecasting and analysis of unit’s operations / fixed cost. You’ll also provide financial leadership and partnering with leaders to maximize investment opportunities, identify and manage cost savings, and provide monthly analysis and forecasting. This role will supply timely, accurate information to leaders to help and support them in executing the planned business and budget actions. You’ll also monitor key metrics (including KPIs) and proactively address issues to management.

     

    You will bring 10+ years of progressive and successful FP&A experience to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, or similar field. Master’s degree preferred.

    + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, internal and external customers and the general public.

    + Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

    Annual Base Pay Range:

    The hiring range for this role is $130,400.00 – $179,300.00 USD. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

     

    Variable Compensation
