    Key job responsibilities

     

    Provide operational support within project management tools and lead daily correspondence regarding execution of Fashion Office direction for editorial features.

     

    • Research and track industry trends; attend buyer meetings; contribute to trend direction for fashion imagery and campaigns.

    • Support Fashion Week coverage and seasonal content creation, including designer previews, backstage access, and trend reporting.

    • Develop and maintain seasonal trend documents, mood boards, and summit presentations, incorporating runway, street style, and market photography from macro to micro trends.

    • Partners with brand marketing, social media, PR, and email teams to ensure fashion content and copy are aligned with seasonal concepts and brand voice.

    • Oversee the fashion office reporting calendar — ensuring messaging, features, and styling direction align across Marketing, Buying, and Creative.

    • Collate and organize notes, product on-order information, and images for key Fashion Office features and SKUs; ensure alignment with buying investments and new brand launches.

    • Help maintain consistency and quality of creative treatments, so they reflect the Fashion Office vision and seasonal strategy.

    • Manage the collation of skus and go-with styling for team features, act as primary liaison with styling and social teams for Fashion Office content.

    Basic Qualifications

    Bachelors Degree

     

    Keen understanding of the fashion industry and the Shopbop brand.

     

    Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Suite Applications along with Canva application.

     

    Strong written and verbal communication skills include the demonstrated ability to present information effectively and accurately, deliver messaging in a way that is concise and appropriate to a level of importance, and the ability to build strong internal and external partnerships.

    Preferred Qualifications

    The Fashion Office Manager should have strong communication and organizational skills.

     

    The ideal candidate would have knowledge of the Shopbop Brand matrix and/or industry landscape.

     

    Background in retail or e-commerce.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
