    Job Description​

    We are hiring an Registered Nurse Clinic Supervisor for our Shoal Creek Primary Care Clinic.

    The Shift:

    This is a Monday through Friday day shift position working 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    The Work:

    + Position will work in coordination with the Primary Care Clinic Practice Manager to oversee staff focused on ancillary staff including lab & x-ray..

    + Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.

    + Supervise assigned clinical departments.

    + Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.

    + Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline and staff evaluations.

    + Assist clinical staff and cover clinical duties as needed.

    + Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

    + Prior supervisor or manager experience preferred.

    Job Requirements

    Applicable Experience:

    1 year

     

    Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross

     

    Associate Degree - Nursing Science
