    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for an EPIC Reporting Analyst that has deep experience in building reports in EPIC, dashboards (EPIC and Tableau), working tickets, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the most effective data is captured.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years’ experience with Caboodle, Radar, SlicerDicer, and Reporting Workbench to generate reports

     

    - 5+ years’ experience creating Tableau dashboards

     

    - Caboodle or Cogito Certification

     

    - Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and clinical workflows

     

    - Perform system builds, testing, and optimization.

     

    - Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve revenue cycle performance. - Former EPIC employee or contractor
