• Support Lead SQL Developer - Korber

    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Support Lead Developer with strong technical leadership and hands-on expertise in Körber WMS and SQL development. This role is a backfill for a maternity leave and part of a high-performing team supporting a 24/7 operation. You’ll lead support efforts, troubleshoot issues, and enhance Körber’s standard functionality with custom SQL-based solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and support a technical team of 8 in a 24-hour support model.

     

    Serve as the primary technical contact for Körber WMS support and SQL development.

     

    Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Körber WMS using SQL scripting.

     

    Develop and enhance features and processes from scratch, integrating unique business requirements into Körber’s architecture.

     

    Collaborate with NTT Data and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support coverage.

     

    Participate in on-call rotation and work CST hours.

     

    Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads during the interview process.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of SQL development experience - must be able to write, troubleshoot, and optimize scripts.

     

    - Ability to lead support efforts and mentor junior team members.

     

    - Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

     

    - Experience with scripting and automation in warehouse management systems. - Experience creating custom features and integrating them into Körber’s standard functionality.
