Position Profile
The Human Resource Assistant provides a variety of administrative/clerical functions to ensure the smooth operations of the Human Resource department.
Responsibilities
+ Greets department visitors and answers calls.
+ Assures current and complete employee personnel files.
+ Processes changes in job role and location.
+ Supports recruitment and onboarding functions.
+ Provides quality administrative support.
+ Maintain and enhances professional skills.
+ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
+ High school diploma
+ Minimum of 3 years progressive administrative support experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Human Resource experience is preferred.
