General Summary

     

    Reveleer's Technology organization is focused on building and managing our cloud native SaaS platform. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Integration Engineer to lead the technical services and engineering operations functions within our organization. This is a key leadership role, pivotal in ensuring that our platform exceeds our healthcare clients' operational and technical expectations, from implementation through live operations.

    Primary Job Duties:

    Data Integration and Data Management:

    • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of real-time integrations between Reveleer's platforms and various healthcare stakeholders (Health Plans, Provider practices, TPAs)

    • Implement and support interfaces for patients, provider, and clinical data integration

    • Develop new system integrations using MuleSoft ESB and other relevant technologies like Mirthconnect, Boomi etc.

    • Provide expertise in healthcare IT systems, operational workflows, and data interoperability

    • Be a key stakeholder with Pre-sales, Customer success and other external facing teams to explain data needs per Reveleer standards

    Healthcare Data Operations:

    • Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction and manipulation

    • Configure and manage SFTP connections for secure file transfers

    • Automate routine tasks using AWS CLI commands and PowerShell scripts

    • Perform complex ETL for efficient Data Ingress and Egress

    • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations

    • Monitor file transmissions and manage medical records and chart ingestion processes

    • Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to maintain a secure and scalable database environment

    • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in on-call rotations

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

    • 7+ years of experience in data integration in healthcare with hands-on skills in SQL Server and effective backend data operations with DB that includes but not limited to Data Quality/Validation etc.

    • Advanced knowledge of healthcare IT systems, interfaces, and operational workflows

    • Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and query optimization

    • Proficiency in MuleSoft Platform (ESB, CloudHub, API Management) or equivalent integration tools

    • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI)

    • Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS RDS)

    • Excellent communication and documentation skills

    Preferred:

    • MuleSoft Certified Developer/Architect certification

    • Experience with AI integration in healthcare settings

    • Agile/Scrum certification

    • Familiarity with healthcare-specific domains (Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, Quality Improvement)
