    We are seeking a **Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Systems Integration Engineer** to support Corteva’s global Seed MES application footprint and lead integration efforts across diverse manufacturing environments. This role is critical to enabling seamless connectivity between shop floor systems and enterprise platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with MES, Automation, OT, and IT teams to ensure robust infrastructure and system reliability.

    + Support MES Product Owner in aligning system capabilities with business needs (Data/Analytics/KPIs).

    + Drive continuous improvement in system usability and reliability through documentation, training, and design enhancements.

    + Participate in project FEED and commissioning activities for MES expansion.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to minimize downtime.

    + Contribute to strategic planning and governance efforts.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, ideally with Delmia Apriso MES, Rockwell FactoryTalk, and Inductive Automation Ignition.

    + Proficiency in SQL, .NET, operating systems, and virtualized environments.

    + Experience with manufacturing applications (e.g., historians, batch systems, recipe management, quality inspection).

    + Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, OPC).

    + Proven track record in MES/SAP integration and manufacturing system projects.

    + Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

    + Process modeling skills using data-driven or first-principles approaches.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

    + Experience managing third-party service desks and developing support documentation/training.
