Summary:

The Global Operations, Integrity Operations Team strives to create a safe atmosphere for the Meta communities by way of focused support, education, and care for the various people around the world who use our platforms. We pride ourselves in helping prevent online and real-world harm by building fast, scalable support systems to address safety-related incidents on our products, and by influencing others to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.Integrity Operations' focus is on mitigating real-world harm to protect our community of users, improving the health of our products and helping people understand how to use them through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to harm reduction and support at scale.Fraud & Scams in a key integrity priority for Meta and this team operates across the full spectrum of the company's focused efforts to reduce prevalence of scam on our apps and services to mitigate risk to user and improve business experiences.

Required Skills:

Project Manager, Fraud & Scam Operations Responsibilities:

1. Own, develop, execute and manage integrity support strategies for Meta products with Product, Engineering, Operations and Policy teams

2. Develop, maintain and continually improve human review workflows. Track and analyze key operational metrics and ensure key performance indicators/service goals are met

3. Work with vendors to develop, support and improve scaled solutions supporting Meta’s global user base

4. Analyze data, identify trends for harm on the platform and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements to develop or improve scalable solutions

5. Work with cross-functional partners to provide escalation support on our existing suite of products

6. Drive end-to-end management of large-scale, transformative programs including supporting a broad scope of projects globally

Minimum Qualifications:

7. 4+ years of experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team

8. 3+ years of project/program management experience driving end to end initiatives

9. Experience leading process improvement projects across a cross-functional landscape

10. Experience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams

11. Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams

12. 1+ year of experience working with data analysis (eg SQL) and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools

13. Experience with online T&S issues, particularly Fraud & Scams

14. Experience with vendor management & scaled online operations

15. Experience with scaled quality management process and business metrics

16. Experience with GenAI tools and annotation labelling training & operations

Public Compensation:

$93,000/year to $136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
