Job Summary
The Integration Manager leads the integration team to ensure seamless incorporation of new technologies and systems across the organization, developing strategies that align with organizational goals. This role oversees the integration lifecycle, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and manages relationships with external vendors to facilitate effective solutions. The Integration Manager is responsible for maintaining best practices, resolving integration issues, and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership while staying updated on industry trends to enhance integration capabilities.
Role Description
+ Lead and manage the integration team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems across the organization.
+ Develop and implement integration strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
+ Oversee the integration lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring successful delivery of integration projects.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities and requirements.
+ Ensure that integration projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
+ Maintain and continuously improve integration processes, methodologies, and best practices.
+ Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to facilitate effective integration solutions.
+ Analyze and resolve integration issues, providing guidance and support to the team and stakeholders.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance integration capabilities and innovation.
+ Report on integration performance, including metrics, risks, and opportunities, to senior leadership.

Other Requirements
+ Completed Associates Degree or relevant work experience required
+ 1+ years of experience leading or managing a technical team of 10+ direct/indirect reports preferred.
+ 3+ years of Project Management experience
+ Ability to travel 20%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $57,000 - $86,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
