    Description

    The Arc Madison Cortland is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team.***Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8a-4p!***

     

    SUMMARY:Performs light manufacturing and assembly, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Operates tools, follows detailed instructions, and maintains a safe workspace.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    + Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.

    + Operate basic hand tools and simple power tools safely and efficiently.

    + Read, interpret and follow basic instructions on process and/or schematics.

    + Maintain a clean and organized overall workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

    + Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:No prior experience or training required but must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
