Manager of Endpoint Services

Leads the design, integration, and execution of tactical initiatives aligned with the Health System’s strategic end-user computing goals. Oversees the engineering, availability, and integrity of the Medical Center’s core end-user computing environment, including all devices, operating systems, application platforms, and management tools essential for accessing and using core Medical Center systems.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage engineering for desktop computing infrastructure, including PCs, laptops, tablets, application servers, endpoint management systems, and core end-user software.
+ Direct a large-scale Citrix application virtualization environment and integration with endpoint and mobile platforms
+ Coordinate multiple systems engineering teams and cross-functional project groups.
+ Serve as an advocate and subject matter expert for patient care providers, the Service Desk, field technicians, affiliated departments, and Medical Center leadership.
+ Assist in setting strategic direction and ensure engineering team efforts align with organizational priorities.
+ Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive end-user computing solutions, including application deployment, application updates, and security updates.
+ Implement technical controls to ensure alignment with organizational Security policies, working to align with best standards.
+ Ensure compliance with established service levels, standards, policies, and procedures.
+ Model effective communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
+ Drive innovation and organizational change to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
+ Develop and mentor team members, fostering both technical capability and sustainable work-life balance.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
Experience: 5 years of experience required.
Licensure: None required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
Position Compensation Range: $125,340.80 - $200,553.60 Annual
