    CNC Programmer Responsibilities:

    * Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs in Esprit.

    * Import and interpret models/drawings in SolidWorks.

    * Program and prove out prototype parts, supporting new product introduction.

    * Create setup documentation, tooling plans, and process sheets.

    * Support machinists during first runs and resolve programming/machining issues.

    * Optimize cutting parameters to improve cycle times, tool life, and quality.

    * Ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with GD&T and quality standards.

    CNC Programmer Requirements:

    * Must be U.S. Citizen due to government contract

    * High School Degree

    * Experience with inspection and metrology tools including micrometers, calipers, optical comparators

    * 5 years expert programming experience of 5 Axis Machining Centers using CAD CAM software Esprit required

    * Expert user of CAD and 3D Modeling software - SolidWorks experience preferred

    * CNC Programming certification is preferred, not required

    * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008

    * Lean Experience

    * Vertical and Horizontal Machining
