    Contract Duration: 9 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

    + Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner, preferably in financial services or technology environments.

    + Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.

    + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

    + Ability to navigate vendor relationships and drive results in a collaborative setting.

    + Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and risk mitigation.

    + Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.

    + Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

    + Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

    + Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

    + Own the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of applications and their supporting components.

    + Serve as the primary Product Owner on an agile team—manage backlogs, define sprint strategies, and facilitate daily stand-ups.

    + Lead strategic projects, including the creation of an internal Investment Policy Statement for managed accounts.

    + Oversee integration with a new Proxy Voting platform, collaborating with external vendors and internal partners.

    + Coordinate the migration to an updated Option Strategy order entry system and ensure a seamless transition.

    + Facilitate discovery sessions to support high-priority work planned for 2026 and beyond.

    + Identify and manage dependencies with internal and external third parties, including vendor engagement and intake submissions.

    + Proactively recognize and communicate risks related to ongoing initiatives; propose solutions and escalate issues as appropriate.
