    Our client, a leading manufacturer in the assembly industry, is seeking an Assembly position to join their team. As an Assembly worker, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Assembly

    **Location:** Burlington, IA

    **Pay Range:** $15 per hour

    **Shift:** 1st Shift: Regular hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

     

    2nd Shift: Regular hours: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform assembly tasks including crimping and sawing.

    + Ensure quality standards are met during the assembly process.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    + Participate in training and development programs as needed.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Assembly, crimping and saw experience prefered, we welcome entry-level candidates.

    + Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.

    + Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

    + Willingness to work overtime as needed.

    + Reliable attendance and punctuality.
