    RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF METAL TECH:

    + Structural / Frame part replacement / Frame repair (not replacement)

    + Part repair / replacement

    + Suspension Repairs

    + Light Automotive mechanical Repairs

    + Teamwork & Communication skills

    + Maintain clean and organized environment

    + Read / Repair per OEM Repair Procedures

    + Welding knowledge & skills (steel, aluminum and spot)

    + Frame Rack experience

    + Ability to repair and replace Restraint systems (SRS)

    + Ability to repair and replace vehicle suspension

    Here are our non-negotiables:

    + Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm schedule

    + A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the auto body/automotive/dealership industry, or relatable field

    + Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds

    + You must have a valid driver's license

    + Must provide own Hand and Power Tools - (large equipment provided)

    Compensation: $185,000K - $215,000K yearly
