    Job Duties

    + Lead and participate in the design and execution of programs, processes and procedures which enhance the customer experience. Responsible for providing information on products and services to prospective customers. Participate in the design and execution of department’s strategies and programs.

    + Select, train and counsel direct reports

    + Conduct product training

    + Design and manage all aspects of the inside sales & lead generation process

    + Prepare budgets and track financial performance

    Minimum Qualifications

    + 5-7 years related experience

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Valid driver's license, good driving record & the ability to safely operate lift trucks

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bachelor degree in business/communications or Sales/Marketing preferred

    + Strong verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and leadership skills required

    + Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation & ability to work in a team environment are necessary

    + Must be proficient in Microsoft office

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Ability and willingness to travel and work outside normal business hours
