2nd shift Pick and Place Operator. The Pick and Place Operator is responsible for setup and operation of pick and place machines and hand picking parts. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual looking to start or continue growing a career in manufacturing.

Respsonsibilities:

+ Sets up and operates pick and place machines.

+ Approves finished products by confirming specifications.

+ Enter all pertinent information required into production logs and complete work travelers and routers.

+ Conduct visual inspection of pick and placed parts.

+ Will work with microscopes.

+ Assumes the ability to read blueprints and interpret production orientation specifications.

+ Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

+ Ability to read internal process instructions.

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

+ Excellent hand eye coordination and finger dexterity required.

+ Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.

+ Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.

+ Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.

+ Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
