As a Project Manager in our CETE organization, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that shape operational excellence, commercial strategy, and new product development.     What You Will Do

    + Leadcross-functional teams to develop project charters and management plans aligned with business goals

    + Defineand refine project scope through stakeholder engagement and feedback loops

    + Developdetailed Work Breakdown Structures and Gantt charts to manage timelines and critical paths

    + Monitorproject budgets and ensure cost control in collaboration with finance and leadership

    + Identifyand manage project risks through comprehensive risk response planning

    + Assignand oversee project resources, defining roles and deliverables for each team member

    + Executestakeholder and communication management plans to ensure alignment and transparency

    + Managemultiple concurrent projects (8+) of varying complexity through full lifecycle execution

     

    What You Will Need

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Minimum 4 yearsof project management-related experience

    + Demonstrated experienceleading projects through full lifecycle execution

    + Proficiencywith project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Project Management Certification(CAPM or PMP)

    + Experiencewith agile and/or waterfall methodologies

    + Knowledgeof materials and manufacturing processes for product design

    + Experienceleading projects in medical device or regulated industries
