Shift Details: Thursday-Sunday, 6 am-4:30 pm

What You-ll Be Doing

+ Own the Upkeep system : Track work orders, schedule repairs, and manage parts like a pro.

+ Keep our equipment alive and kicking : From forklifts to conveyors, you-ll be the go-to expert for inspections, repairs, and installations.

+ Champion facility upkeep : Ensure our plant stays clean, organized, and production-ready.

+ Lead with safety : Follow OSHA standards and company protocols to keep everyone safe.

+ Collaborate and innovate : Work with leadership on LEAN improvements and special projects.

+ Operate forklifts : Safely and efficiently (we-ll train and certify you!).

What You Bring to the Table

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong mechanical skills-forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, and more.

+ Welding and metal fabrication expertise.

+ Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.

+ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

+ Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.

+ Knowledge of LEAN and 5S practices is a plus.

+ Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, and web-based systems.

+ High School Diploma or GED preferred.

+ Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.
