    Your Role

    + Identify and address patients’ goals and needs

    + Provide effective, evidence-based treatments to improve mobility

    + Create personalized care plans for each patient

    + Support clients in leading healthier lifestyles through strength and balance training

    + Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

    + Monitor progress and document outcomes

    Requirements

    + Experience as a Physical Therapist, with a passion for patient care

    + Current license to practice physical therapy

    + Great communication skills and a friendly demeanor

    + Willingness to learn and adapt
