We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Interventionist to join our team and help close learning gaps through targeted instruction.

    Job Overview:

    The Math Interventionist provides specialized instruction to scholars who are performing below grade level in math. This role involves collaborating with classroom teachers, using data to guide instruction, and delivering small-group and one-on-one interventions to help scholars build foundational math skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Identify scholars in need of math intervention through assessment data

    + Plan and deliver targeted, evidence-based instruction in small groups or individually

    + Monitor scholar progress using formative assessments and adjust interventions as needed

    + Collaborate with classroom teachers, school leaders, and support staff to align strategies

    + Participate in professional development focused on math instruction and intervention strategies

    + Communicate regularly with families regarding scholar progress and support strategies

    + Maintain accurate records of scholar performance and intervention activities

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required)

    + Valid teaching certification (preferred)

    + Endorsement or experience in math instruction preferred

    + Previous experience with academic intervention or RTI/MTSS frameworks is a plus

    + Strong understanding of K-8 (or relevant grade level) math standards and practices

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    + Data-driven, scholar-centered mindset
