    UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics is hiring a Full-Time Behavioral Health Therapist Associate to support the office in Wexford.

     

    Behavioral Health experience preferred.

    Purpose:

    Provide clinical and case management services to individuals with mental health or substance use disorders in an outpatient setting. Support clients through assessment, therapy, care coordination, and recovery planning.

    Key Duties:

    + Engage and assess new clients under supervision.

    + Help develop and update treatment plans.

    + Provide individual and group therapy.

    + Coordinate care with internal teams and community resources.

    + Document services accurately and on time.

    + Support recovery and self-management.

    + Participate in team meetings and quality improvement.

    + Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required.

    + Completion of a human services related internship/practicum or 1 year of relevant human services experience.

    + Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process preferred.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

    + Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
