AI Architect, Lead

The Opportunity:

We're looking for an AI Architect to lead the creation of a transformative SaaS platform for Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis ( MS & A ) . You'll architect scalable, secure, high-performance AI, ML, and LLM solutions, integrating cutting-edge generative AI to boost decision-making, streamline workflows, and solve some of the most complex campaign-level modeling challenges in the defense space. You Have:

+ 8+ years of experience in data or solution architecture or engineering

+ 5+ years of experience with production AI or ML systems

+ Experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques

+ Experience in feature engineering, model training, and monitoring frameworks

+ Experience with MLOps and DSOP best practices

+ Knowledge of DoD AI Ethical Principles

+ TS / SCI clearance

+ Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

+ Experience with relevant programming languages such as C++, Java, GO, or Python

+ Experience in large dataset management, data lakes, and analysis

+ Experience leading programs or technical activities

+ Experience with responsible AI and model bias mitigation

+ Experience mentoring junior data scientists

+ Master's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
