Overview
Brightstar is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented **Order Fulfillment Representative II** to support daily call operations and ensure optimal inventory levels of Instant Lottery Tickets across a designated territory or state. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with retailers, promote new products, and help drive sales by delivering exceptional service and support.
You’ll play a key role in helping retailers manage their inventory efficiently, contributing directly to site sales goals and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Manage a daily call file, contacting lottery retailers bi-weekly to promote new products, place orders, and provide outstanding customer service.
+ Maintain accurate digital records of customer interactions and business transactions.
+ Respond to inbound calls while managing outbound call responsibilities.
+ Serve as a liaison between Brightstar field sales staff and retailers, offering feedback and support.
+ Develop a strong understanding of the current mix of available instant ticket games.
+ Review and process incoming ticket orders from both sales representatives and retailers.
+ Monitor sales levels to better support assigned retailers and optimize inventory.
+ Provide support for key accounts and coordinate ownership changes as needed.
+ Share information on upcoming promotions and contests with retailers.
+ Educate retailers on instant ticket policies and procedures.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to incorrect ticket shipments.
+ Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in customer service or phone sales.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and deliver excellent customer service.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
