Join BAE Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area, where you ll contribute to the Compass Call programa premier initiative delivering next-generation electronic warfare capabilities to protect military aircraft. By disrupting adversary communications and radar systems, your work will directly strengthen national security and empower warfighters on the front line.
We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong background in C and DevSecOps practices to support the development of our core infrastructure and base installs. This role is critical to ensuring stability, security, and scalability across mission-critical subsystems. What You ll Do
+ Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of infrastructure and base installs supporting mission software.
+ Build and maintain secure, modern frameworks in C /C# on Linux environments.
+ Implement DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment.
+ Configure and maintain Jenkins agents/nodes and containerized environments (Docker).
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, hardware, and test engineering) to resolve integration challenges.
+ Support the packing and deployment processes (RPMs).

This is a full-time, onsite role at our Hudson, NH facility, offering the chance to make a lasting impact on one of BAE Systems most strategic defense programs.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Active Secret clearance
+ Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field
+ 4 years of professional software development experience with focus on infrastructure and base installs
+ Strong proficiency in modern coding languages (C , C#) in a Linux environment
+ Experience with build systems for large scale C projects
+ Knowledge of software packaging (RPM) and deployment processes
+ Experience with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
+ Familiarity with Jenkins and containerization tools (e.g. Docker)
+ Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
+ CompTIA Security Certification
+ Experience integrating Artifactory with build tools
+ Prior experience creating installation frameworks or automated deployment bundles
+ Background working on defense, aerospace, or mission-critical programs
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
