We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver software services on a ServiceNow platform. The analyst will be responsible for requirements management, system testing and validation, and business process modeling.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
A Bachelor s degree with a minimum of eleven (11) year s relevant experience required.
Requirements Management:
+ Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements through stakeholder requirements discovery sessions.
+ Create and maintain detailed system requirement specifications and user requirement documents
+ Support traceability matrices to ensure alignment between business needs, system capabilities, and test plans.
Business Process Modeling:
+ Map current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) business processes.
+ Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and system automation opportunities
+ Collaborate with process owners to validate workflows and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and functional requirements
System Testing and Validation:
+ Develop system and user acceptance test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
+ Coordinate and execute functional, regression, and integration testing efforts
+ Assist in defect triage and resolution with development teams
Programmatic Status Reporting:
+ Assisting in preparing and delivering regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to project stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
+ Track deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation using project management tools
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
+ Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, technical architects, and developers
+ Ensure stakeholder needs are translated into feasible, scalable system designs
+ Support change management and training efforts by delivering process documentation and end-user materials

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
