    **🕒 Schedule** : Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts)

    •** **Cable Assembly Technician – Key Responsibilities

    + Perform **cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering** , and **terminating wires** to build high-quality cable assemblies

    + Interpret and work from **schematics, blueprints** , and technical documentation to ensure accurate assembly

    + Install **connectors, terminals, and hardware** onto cables according to specifications

    + Record **production data** and report progress to supervisors

    + Ensure **accuracy and quality control** throughout the assembly process

    + Identify and resolve issues during assembly, escalating when necessary

    + Communicate effectively with **supervisors and team members** to maintain workflow and quality standards

    •** **Requirements

    + **2+ years of Cable Harness experience** (not entry-level)

    + **IPC-620 and/or J-STD-001 certification** (must-have)

    + Positive, can-do attitude
