Our client, a leading customer service organization, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer engagement and loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

**Pay Range:** $16.00-$16.50 per hour

Shift: Various schedules available; Day, Evening and Overnight

What's the Job?

+ Track customer waitlists, voucher verification requests, and refund approval requests using a web-based CRM platform.

+ Maintain accurate customer records and notes in respective systems to support the program.

+ Develop and nurture customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.

+ Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.

+ Process tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

+ Knowledge of brand loyalty and concierge services is a plus.
