Physician Assistant – Outpatient Pain Management
**Employment Type:** Full-Time, Direct Hire
**Location:** Fayetteville, NC
Position Summary
We are seeking full-time Physician Assistants to provide advanced clinical support for outpatient pain management and spine/joint care across multiple Georgia clinics. The PA will collaborate with physicians and CRNAs to evaluate patients, perform procedures within scope, and manage treatment plans in a fast-paced but highly supportive outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities
+ Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams
+ Assist with and perform interventional pain management and joint procedures within licensed scope
+ Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
+ Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physicians
+ Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education and follow-up care
+ Maintain compliance with all documentation, safety, and regulatory standards
+ Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure positive patient outcomes
Qualifications
+ Active Physician Assistant license in state of practice (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
+ Graduate of an accredited PA program
+ Current NCCPA certification
+ National Provider Identifier (NPI)
+ Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
+ Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and communication skills
+ Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, or outpatient surgery preferred but not required

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
