Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill **Program Manager** positions located in **San Francisco, CA (Onsite)**

Pay Rate: $120 - $130 /hr.

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Program Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, partners, and clients, helping translate business needs into scalable, innovative solutions. You will play a key role in solution strategy, development, deployment, and ongoing support across the user/partner/client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.

+ Identify trends in solution issues and work with engineering and product teams to mitigate future risks.

+ Create and maintain solution documentation, best practices, tutorials, and reusable content.

+ Manage project planning, timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

+ Lead working groups and facilitate meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

+ Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Provide consultative support to partners and clients to optimize technology usage.

+ Participate in business reviews and contribute to partner strategy and growth.

+ Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify product gaps and improvement opportunities.

+ Contribute to solution architecture design and feature development discussions.

Required Qualifications

+ Proven experience in solution consulting, technical project management, or a related role.

+ Strong understanding of operations management and systems integration.

+ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

+ Technical acumen with domain-specific knowledge.

+ Strong problem-solving and consultative skills.

+ Experience in opportunity and pipeline management.

+ Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business development.

+ Familiarity with solution delivery workflows and innovation practices.

+ Ability to coach and guide internal/external teams on new systems and technologies.

+ Strategic thinking and ability to influence product direction.

**Pay Details:** $120.00 to $130.00 per hour
