**Job Title:** Biologics Process Development & Manufacturing Consultant – Gene Therapy (AAV)

**Pay** :$32- 34.2/hr

Position Summary:

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a highly motivated consultant to support the development and clinical manufacturing of gene therapy products based on AAV (adeno-associated virus) vectors. This role involves both process development and GMP clinical manufacturing support. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with AAV manufacturing and a solid understanding of biologics production in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Manufacturing Support:

+ Support GMP manufacturing readiness, including documentation, raw material preparation, and equipment qualification.

+ Serve as the on-site “Person in Plant” during clinical manufacturing campaigns.

+ Review executed batch records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

+ Provide support in deviation resolution and root cause analysis.

Process Development:

+ Contribute to the design and optimization of AAV manufacturing unit operations.

+ Review and provide input on development protocols and technical reports.

+ Apply scientific principles to optimize upstream and downstream processes under varying environmental and physical conditions.

General Duties:

+ Perform a variety of tasks with a degree of creativity and latitude.

+ Work under general supervision, reporting to a supervisor or manager.

+ Use sound judgment and limited prior experience to plan and accomplish project goals.

+ Stay familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.

+ Direct experience with AAV vector manufacturing and associated analytical testing.

+ Experience working with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with AAV producer cell line manufacturing.

+ 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
