Description

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer in Southern California. This is a long-term contract position that combines onsite work four days a week with one day of remote work. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical applications in the automotive industry, ensuring optimal solutions for complex business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain large-scale web and database applications, integrating advanced e-commerce solutions.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and support.

• Design and implement high-traffic, high-availability applications using Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, Blazor, and microservices.

• Create and manage technical documentation to support development and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to define requirements and deliver architectural solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing applications to ensure seamless operation.

• Mentor and provide guidance to team members with less experience to enhance their technical skills.

• Utilize DevOps and CI/CD tools to streamline development and deployment processes.

• Conduct data analysis and reporting using Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL.

• Identify risks related to application components and proactively communicate solutions.

Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field.

• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in software development, with a proven track record of technical achievements.

• Expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, including .NET Framework, C#, Blazor, and microservices.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.

• Hands-on experience designing and developing mission-critical applications for Fortune 1000 enterprises.

• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlines.
