The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects from concept to completion. This includes estimating, engineering support, contract management, procurement, and coordination of field labor to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications. The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical piping installations, and construction sequencing, along with the ability to lead client meetings, develop proposals, and maintain effective communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
In addition to managing the technical and financial aspects of each project, the Project Manager will forecast costs, prepare budgets, track job costs, and handle billing. They will also lead kickoff meetings, ensure proper resource utilization across departments, and provide guidance to field leadership for safe and efficient installations. This role requires experience managing HVAC and piping projects ranging from $50,000 to $25+ million, with proven ability to build client relationships, develop new business, and maintain a strong presence in the mechanical contracting industry.
**Pay Details:** $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
