Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the construction equipment or materials industry.

• Proven track record of driving revenue and managing large accounts.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing teams.

• Proficiency in sales management systems and tools.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
