• Project Analyst

    Project Analyst--Contingent Worker

     

    General Description: As a member of the Project Services team, provide administrative support, financial analysis and reporting for Engineering & Construction for the Refined Products and Crude business unit.

     

    + Work with E&C Project Managers on coordinating and tracking new Project AFE approvals and associated documentation and routes in Docusign

    + Administer and track Fleet KPIs, reporting, scorecards and hierarchies within Fleet Telematics system

    + Assist with PO, invoice support, cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting for E&C projects as needed

    + Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis as requested

    + Create and maintain process documentation for tasks and duties as needed

    + Continuously explore opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

    + Work collaboratively with Project Services team, E&C, Accounting and IT as needed

    Education

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related required

    + Project Management or finance experience a plus

    + Previous experience in pipeline, energy or related company a plus

    Skills

    + Ability to work collaboratively with a team

    + Ability to communicate effectively with multiple groups

    + Ability to work under time pressure, deadlines and with interruptions

    + Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
