What You’ll Do:
+ Own the end-to-end project lifecycle: From gathering stakeholder requirements to final delivery, you’ll be the engine behind successful execution.
+ Navigate complexity with confidence: Use critical thinking to troubleshoot platform issues, support crew member inquiries, and ensure smooth operations.
+ Champion governance and risk mitigation: Help shape and enforce standards that keep our survey ecosystem compliant, efficient, and client-focused
+ Collaborate across the enterprise: Work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliverables
+ Document like a pro: Maintain clear, comprehensive records that support transparency, accountability, and future learning.

Core Responsibilities
+ Manages a technology project with limited scope or technology-related workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
+ Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles using prior experiences to assess viability of various approaches and strategies to technology-related projects. Ensures project goals are aligned with the overall department strategy and business requirements.
+ Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
+ Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders.
+ Develops technology project plans to address tactical objectives. Develops task plans and schedules, delegates effectively, and manages the work of others. Identifies and documents project risks.
+ Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Minimum of two years related work experience. One year of managing a project and one year of Financial Services and technical experience preferred.
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering).
