• Enterprise Program Quality Review Lead

    MANTECH seeks a detail-oriented and confident **Program Quality Review Lead** to join our dynamic team.

     

    In this high-visibility role, you will lead structured, recurring program reviews involving diverse Senior Program Managers. You will play a critical role in preparing, facilitating, and documenting these sessions—bringing clarity, consistency, and insight to the program oversight process.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Leading 10–15 formal program review sessions weekly, each involving 5–10 stakeholders

    + Collaborating with Senior Program Managers across multiple disciplines to ensure productive, actionable reviews

    + Researching program backgrounds and compiling relevant documentation ahead of scheduled sessions

    + Facilitating meetings with a focus on driving decisions, resolving issues, and tracking key milestones

    + Capturing and distributing clear, concise outcomes and action items from each session

    + Maintaining consistency and transparency across program performance review processes

    + Identifying patterns, trends, and risk areas across programs to inform leadership decision-making

    + Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance review efficiency and impact

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of progressive experience in a federal government program management or oversight role

    + Current or prior experience successfully leading quarterly business reviews at an enterprise level organization

    + Demonstrated ability to lead structured meetings with cross-functional stakeholders

    + Strong background in federal government program documentation, analysis, and reporting

    + Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadership

    + High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Prior experience working with federal government programs or in a program oversight capacity

    + PMP or related project management certification

    + Experience facilitating high-frequency recurring meetings with documented outcomes

    + Background in strategic planning or operational analysis

    Clearance Requirements:

    + U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

    + Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

    + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
